Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ZODO’s products, services, websites, and applications (collectively, the “Services”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ZODO’s Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

ZODO provides software-as-a-service solutions, including but not limited to CRM platforms and related tools for businesses. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to access certain features of our Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the rights of others
  • Transmit harmful code or engage in any activity that disrupts our Services

5. Fees and Payment

Some Services require payment. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis and are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software provided by ZODO are the property of ZODO or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

6A. ZODO Demo Text Notifications

When you check the optional text-message consent box on the ZODO demo booking form, you agree to receive up to three messages for that scheduled demo: a confirmation, a reminder approximately 24 hours before, and a reminder approximately one hour before. Message frequency may vary when a meeting is changed.

Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out, START to opt back in, or HELP for assistance. You may also contact support@zodo.ca. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

This consent covers transactional demo messages only. Promotional messages require a separate optional consent.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared in connection with these Terms and the use of the Services.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of your content. By using our Services, you grant ZODO a limited license to use, host, and process your content to provide and improve our Services.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

10. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

11. Limitation of Liability

ZODO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ZODO harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
